Effective October 5, 2026. CryptoLiveLeak, Inc. (“we”) operates cryptoliveleak.com. This policy explains what this website collects and how it is used. Our products (CryptoLiveLeak.org, Attention Mining™, InvestWars and others) have their own privacy terms.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you use the contact form or email us: name, work email, organization, role, phone (optional), budget and timeline selections, your message, and the page that referred you.
- First-party usage counts. Cookie-free, aggregate counts of key actions (capability-statement downloads, product launches, booking opens, form submissions). No individual profiles are built and no identifiers are stored with these counts.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability. Inquiry records also store the submitting IP address and browser string to prevent abuse.
What we do not do
- No advertising pixels, no analytics vendors, no fingerprinting and no third-party scripts load on this site without your action. The only external content is the scheduling calendar, which loads when you click “Book a call” and is governed by that provider’s policy.
- We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we use inquiry data
To respond to you, to scope and deliver the work you ask about, and to keep a record of the business relationship. Inquiry records are stored in our WordPress system and, when enabled, synchronized to our CRM (Airtable) under a data-processing agreement. Email notifications are sent to company staff.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the business relationship, and no longer than 36 months after the last contact unless a contract requires otherwise. Aggregate counts are retained indefinitely because they contain no personal data.
Your rights
Residents of California, the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with privacy laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may object to or restrict processing. Email contact@cryptoliveleak.com; we respond within 30 days and honor deletion requests within 10 business days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Security
Transport is encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS). The site ships a strict Content-Security-Policy and related headers, blocks XML-RPC and user enumeration, and limits form abuse with honeypot, timing and rate-limit controls. Children
This website is directed at businesses and government buyers and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how inquiry data is used will be noted at the top of this page.
